We need this info from agents:

Information about the customer and the property (disclosure, mls info, phone #'s, emails, etc.)

Contact with the customer (including email)  to explain fees and contract.  We will also ask if

they wish to have us conduct a Radon Test.

Access to all areas:  attic, mechanicals, garage, etc.  ALL Utilities are to be ON.

Please remove or confine pets.    Remove Glade Plug-Ins and other fragrence sources.

We have the "SuperKey" to faciliate convenient access.

You can find inspectors with lower fees, but you won't find  an inspector with more experience in Twin Cities home inspections. We have conducted private home inspections since 1975. We report the important issues, and put them in perspective. Our reports are delivered via email and our recommendations indicate what types of trades persons could correct the conditions we report. We treat our customers and the home sellers with respect and courtesy.
