We need this info from agents:
Information about the customer and the property (disclosure, mls info, phone #'s, emails, etc.)
Contact with the customer (including email) to explain fees and contract.
Access to all areas: attic, mechanicals, garage, etc. ALL Utilities are to be ON.
Please remove or confine pets. Remove Glade Plug-Ins and other fragrence sources.

You can find inspectors with lower fees, but you won't find inspectors with more experience in Twin Cities home inspections. We have conducted private home inspections since 1975. We report the important issues, and put them in perspective. Our reports are delivered on-site or via email and our recommendations indicate what types of trades persons could correct the conditions we report.
