Cheryll Brown has been a home inspector since 1981 and became the first woman Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors in Minnesota in 1987.  Cheryll is presently the most senior woman Member of ASHI.   Cheryll served on the ASHI Council of Representatives, the Chapter Relations & Nomination Committees, and is past President of the Heartland Chapter of ASHI.

Cheryll received a BS degree from Mankato State University in 1972.  Cheryll has attended ten ASHI annual conferences and has over 30 hours of continuing education in home inspections annually since 1981.  Cheryll is a trained radon tester and is a specialist in working with first time home buyers.
