Roger Hankey
Roger is in his 35th year as a home inspector. Roger is the first and most senior Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) in Minnesota (Member #269). Roger became an ASHI® Member in 1982 and has served on the ASHI® national board of directors, and is Past President of the Heartland Chapter of ASHI®. Roger received the first ASHI® President's Award in 1989 for his work as Chairman of the Standards of Practice committee.
Roger received a BFA degree from the University of Michigan School of Architecture and Design in 1970 and has had over 30 hours of continuing education in home inspections annually since 1976. Roger is an expert in cold climate housing, moisture investigations, and carbon monoxide testing of heating equipment. He is a level II certified IR Thermographer, and a NEHA-NRPP certified radon measurement professional.

Roger was recently awarded his Ten Gallon blood donor pin by the Memorial Blood Center in Minneapolis (3/2009).
