Evaluates the condition of the house's major systems and structural integrity, and how those systems work together.

Identifies items with adverse conditions to be repaired, replaced, or investigated further. 

Reports on items that are near the end of their service life.  Our inspections include carbon monoxide testing.

If we identify a need for correction or further investigation of the houses' systems or structures, we will report the nature of the correction needed or the type of investigation needed.

Please join the inspector at the later portion of the inspection so that you may ask questions and better understand the systems in the home.  We will show you our concerns, provide you with the inspection report, and review the report with you so that you are better able to resolve any concerns prior to closing the transaction.  Our fees reflect our professional level of service and our committment to excellence.

Townhouses and condos with no basements will have slightly lower fees. Special conditions may have higher fees.
