Our consultation service is designed for property owners who have been in their home for years, and provides the following benefits:

Identify worn, damaged or poorly maintained components BEFORE they break down, fail, cause costly damage, or waste energy.
Identify upgrades that can increase comfort, safety, energy efficiency, prevent damage, or reduce maintenance costs.
Identify deferred maintenance items and develop a maintenance schedule to aid in budgeting and planning.
Document the condition of the house to aid in later marketing if the house is offered for sale.
A personal consultation to show you how to do routine maintenance yourself and what maintenance products outperform others.

This service include a copy of our Home Owners Guide CD.
